We want you and your pet to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility
- The request is made within 30 days of delivery.
- The item is returned with all its parts and accessories.
- The item is clean and in good condition, ideally in its original packaging.
How to start a return
- Email us at support@softsteppets.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We'll reply within 1–2 business days with your return instructions and return address.
- Ship the item back using the instructions provided. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
Return shipping
If your item arrived damaged, defective or wrong, we cover the return (or send a replacement) at no cost to you — just send us a photo of the issue. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and original shipping fees are not refundable.
