Where we ship?
SoftStep Pets ships to the United States only.

Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on all orders.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another email with a tracking number once it ships.

Delivery time
Orders ship from our US warehouse and arrive in 3–8 business days after shipping. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or because of carrier delays.

Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number. If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 days, contact us at support@softsteppets.com and we will look into it.

Taxes
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout.

Wrong address or lost package
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is lost in transit, contact us and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
