Eligibility
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence. We sell to customers in the United States.
Products and pricing
We make every effort to display product colors, images and descriptions accurately. Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent.
Billing and account information
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners.
Product use
Always follow the included instructions and supervise your pet during grooming. Stop use if your pet shows signs of distress. SoftStep Pets is not responsible for injuries or damage resulting from misuse of the product.
